Opportunity

As an ambitious, growing business, ION were looking for sales consulting expertise to drive the targeting and further growth of their enterprise level customer base and developing new long term, strategic partnerships.

Approach

Through further defining the value proposition and market opportunity for ION, Stormcast were able to identify several new strategic partnerships and support the development of other key sales value propositions for new product launches, including their GradTrack solution for higher education establishments. Stormcast have also work with the sales team on developing sales effectiveness and introduced new coaching best practices.
