A little about Stormcast…

Stormcast Sales Consulting has its headquarters in Newcastle Upon Tyne, at the very heart of the North East high growth technology sector. We deliver sales process consulting and customer focussed sales training and coaching to ambitious businesses of all sizes to enable our clients to achieve best in class sales performance and growth.

We recognise that business owners need first class sales expertise and support to enable sales teams to navigate increasingly complex sales environments and achieve their growth ambitions.  CAST Selling® by Stormcast is the modern customer centric sales methodology and coaching platform designed for SME sales teams that sell B2B.

For larger, more established businesses, we also support the transformation of people, process and technology through our transformational sales consulting services. We also provide experienced, strategic, sales resources to support large enterprise sales and sales development initiatives. We have experience of selling into large global organisations with highly matrix organisations, working at executive level.

We believe to succeed we need to work together, hands-on, working with our clients teams in the real world, not in the classroom.

Michael is the founder and Managing Director of Stormcast Sales Consulting

During a successful sales career in the technology industry, Michael has led sales and consulting teams at both SMB and Enterprise companies, achieving sales success and has established global businesses both through direct and indirect industry leading sales channels.

More recently, Michael was a Director at Sage Group PLC, the only FTSE 100 software company, where he developed strong value propositions and partnerships with global brands to deliver on the company cloud growth strategy.

Michael is bringing his wealth of experience from both enterprise and SMB environments to Stormcast, delivering next-level sales results to clients in the ever changing, fast growing, disruptive technology sector.

Michael is a qualified Performance Coach, engaging at every level of an organisation. Outside of the sales world, Michael is a sports fanatic and a qualified FA football coach with grassroots junior football.
